Tiana Hayes

Biography

Tiana Hayes has served Alliance Tax Advisors since the company’s inception in 2001. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of all Alliance Tax Advisors offices, from accounting to information technology. Her hard work behind the scenes allows our agents to dedicate 100% of their time and energy to directly serving our clients’ needs.

Tiana began her career in the property tax division of a national hotel chain, gaining several years’ experience before taking a job at a property tax agency where Tony Comparin worked.

In 2001, she helped Tony Comparin start Alliance Tax Advisors. Having a working relationship with the founder now for more than 20 years, her diligence and dedication have earned her partnership in the company.
