Joseph Comparin

Biography

Joe Comparin has been a consultant with Alliance Tax Advisors since 2007, and became a Partner in the company during 2015. While he continues to focus the bulk of his time and energy on advocating for his clients, he is also actively involved with his co-partners in identifying how Alliance Tax Advisors can best serve a broadening client base into the future.

The son of founder Tony Comparin, Joe became familiar with many aspects of his father’s business early in life. However, it was not until Joe had graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and had several job offers on the table that Tony suggested he interview with ATA. In weighing his options, Joe saw that a position in his father’s company would afford him an opportunity to more quickly learn and fully develop the specialized skills needed to excel in a career of real estate and business.

Joe has proven his ability to uphold the standard of excellence upon which the company is founded. In the ten years since he joined the Alliance Tax Advisors team, he has become a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) sitting on the North Texas CCIM Board of Directors as chair of its Partnership Committee.

Having competed on the University of Oklahoma’s wrestling team, Joe enjoys mentoring young wrestlers in his hours off. He also values his time with his wife and new baby and volunteers in various capacities in the community through his church.
