Brad Bader
Biography
Brad Bader joined Alliance Tax Advisors in 2018 and is a senior leader within the firm, bringing deep expertise in commercial real estate valuation, property tax strategy, and high-stakes client advocacy. He advises property owners, operators, and institutional investors across a wide range of income-producing asset classes, helping them navigate complex valuation challenges and secure substantial, defensible property tax savings.
Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance / Real Estate from Texas Tech University in 2015. He began his career at a national commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he developed a strong foundation in consulting, negotiations, and market-driven valuation. This background provides Brad with a practical, ownership-oriented perspective on how properties are underwritten, transacted, and valued—insight that consistently informs his approach to valuation disputes and negotiations.
Since joining Alliance Tax Advisors, Brad has played a key role in guiding clients through all stages of the property tax process. His work is characterized by analytical precision, strategic foresight, and a clear ability to align property tax outcomes with broader investment and ownership objectives. Brad is known for his direct communication style, disciplined valuation methodology, and results-driven mindset.
Brad is an active member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR). He holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson’s license and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition, Brad serves as a TAPTP Bridge Committee member, working directly with the Texas Legislature on matters impacting the property tax profession.
In his time away from the office, Brad enjoys golfing, archery hunting elk, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter. His family’s favorite destinations include Montana, Colorado, and Cabo.
