Dan Campanella
Biography
Dan Campanella joined Alliance Tax Advisors in 2016 with a detailed knowledge of the valuation process. Dan received his bachelor’s degree, with a major in Real Estate, from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business in 2005. He soon went to work for the Dallas County Appraisal District (DCAD), where he quickly became a Commercial Real Estate Senior Appraiser with significant responsibilities. After ten years valuating and negotiating high dollar assessments for multifamily, retail, office, and warehouse/flex space for taxation, he recognized a greater opportunity in serving as an advocate for property owners and managers throughout the valuation and appeal process.
Dan has helped accumulate ATA’s student housing portfolio, currently representing over $1.2 Billion in taxable value and consisting of 28,000+ beds across the country. He also represents other commercial property types throughout Texas and selected states. Dan holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Texas, is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Outside of work, Dan values time spent with his family. He also participates in a local soccer league and is active in his local North Texas CCIM Chapter.
